What if we told you that Bulgaria is where all the cool kids go?
Spend 9 Days / 8 Nights in Eastern Europe on the beautiful coast of the Black Sea in Bulgaria. We like to tell our travelers that Bulgaria is like the better, cheaper, less touristy version of Greece. But then again, that's not giving Bulgaria enough credit. Spend a day relaxing on a private sailboat, join us as we head to a small beach town, and eat your way through all of Bulgaria's unique and delicious cuisine. This is a trip you won't ever forget.

The Day by Day
Day 1
Arrival to Varna, Bulgaria
Touchdown at the Varna airport and look for our team, we'll be impossible to miss. Ride along with us to your apartment, relax, unpack, and meet the team. Prepare for a delicious authentic Bulgarian welcome breakfast in the morning!
Day 2
Opening Breakfast & City Walking Tour
Take it slow in the morning and work your way up to the terrace for our opening breakfast and kickoff. After that join us on a short but educational walking tour around Varna. The rest of the day is open to rest or go to the beachside bar to chill.
Day 3
Hot peppers, rakia, food, oh my!
Get ready for quite the day! First, we'll stop at an epic hot pepper farm. We will explore one of two hot pepper farms in all of Bulgaria, and test your taste buds. Who can go the hottest?
Then we'll head to a Rakia distillery to see behind-the-scenes how Bulgarian families make the countries brandy, Rakia. It’s delicious!
As if that wasn't enough, we will end the afternoon with a lunch hosted by a nearby family. This lunch would put any other brunch to shame. Pace yourself, this is going to be a marathon, not a sprint of a day!
Day 4
Sail the Black Sea
Take to the Black Sea on a relaxing private sailing adventure for the day. Have lunch in the sun while being on the water. Jump off the boat, and take a dip for a few to recharge you.
Day 5
Beach Day - Varna
Get lost and explore local Varna shopping on your own.
Soak up the sun, swim, sip, and sift through the sand at our favorite beach bar. Attempt to try as many Bulgarian pastries as possible.
Day 6
Road trip to Sozopol for a couple day
Load up the van and head to the magical land of Sozopol for the next two nights. We'll make a pit stop in historic Nesebar to stretch your legs and meander the historic streets.
Experience the small seaside village with homemade crepes and sandals in hand.
Day 7
Slow day on the coast
Take to the streets and tour the Old Town, stop in to the charming booths full of sea town treasures or spend the day on the beautiful beach.
End the night with an unforgettable meal overlooking the Black Sea.
Day 8
Another lazy beach day in Sozopol
Explore the rocks & dip your toes into the crystal clear waters of Sozopol. Bring your goggles to the gulf and see the sea for yourself. We end the day with our favorite meal of the trip. We hope you're hungry!
Day 9
Final night in Varna
You'll have a hard time leaving Sozopol, especially when you realize you leave tomorrow for home. We'll get back to Varna in plenty of time to relax a bit and have one final dinner on the beach for our farewell before you rest up for an early morning departure.
